Classroom Management
Classroom Expectations:
1. Come to class prepared and ready to learn.
2. Keep hands, feet, and other objects to yourself.
3. Use kind words when speaking.
4. Properly care for instruments when using them.
5. Show respect at all times.
Consequences for Misbehavior:
1. The first time a student shows signs of misbehavior, they will be given a warning.
2. For the second offense, the student will be sent to the calming corner to reflect on their behavior. When they are ready, they may come back out.
3. For the third offense, the student will be issued a behavior ticket to be signed by their parent or guardian.
4. If the class as a whole is misbehaving, a strike will be given; if three strikes are given during class, they will not move up on the chart.
